Re-election

Michael Bennet is has been runninng for re-elction for around the last 41 weeks, but because there are no term limits, who's to say he hasn't been plotting re-election since the day after he won in 2018. 

Based on his past Instagram activity, he seems to be very communicative about what is going on in his campaign, but he also has a sense of homestyle of just being a family man who loves his wife.

One graphic on his feed highlights some travel that was done very early on in his campaign.

Since this was posted in September, Senator Bennet has traveled much more to meet with fellow Coloradans, his constituents, in order to claim re-election.

As for press releases, Bennet has not said anything particularlly regarding re-election, but is definitley staying in the press for hot-topic issues, many particular to Coloradans. For example, he has had a few press releases regarding bills that help his constituents. 

So he caps the cost of insulin and gives his people more money....smells like a re-elected senator if you ask me. Along with every other official, he did make statements on the Ukraine-Russian conflict and the new SCJ appointment, all of these very important issues he should take a position on, but there is always a chance this is just position-taking.

Bennet doesn't list franking on his finance breakdown, according to Open Secrets, or mailing for that matter. I think that today, it is more common to use email, text, or social media to campaign or spread information.

As you can see, Bennet is also co-sponsoring a bill with his Republican colleague, John Kennedy. He is doing some position taking here, which really shows Coloradans what he cares about and how that may benefit them.

All in all, Michael Bennet is great at running for re-election. He knows just the right things to post, say, all the bills to sponsor or cosponsor, and all the hot topics to take a stance on.
